Great selection, slight shipping delay
We've been using Open for our quarterly team appreciation gifts. The selection of products is excellent and the quality is consistently high. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that we experienced some shipping delays with our last order. Customer service was responsive though and helped resolve the issue promptly.

Good products, needs more customization options
The products we've ordered have been of good quality, but we'd like to see more customization options. The platform is somewhat limited in terms of branding opportunities. Also found the ordering process to have a few too many steps. Good overall, but room for improvement.
